Run Valves in Strict Numerical Order (No Randomisation)

Use this when you want a predictable, fixed sequence every cycle.

1. Untick Shuffle.
2. Tick Sequence.

This ignores groupings and runs all valves from the lowest order number to the highest in a fixed sequence on every cycle.

Fully Randomise Valve Order Across the Entire Zone

Use this when you want a completely different order on every run.

1. Tick Shuffle.
2. Tick Sequence.

Groupings are ignored and all valves in the zone run in a random order each time the program runs.

Randomise Valve Order While Respecting Groupings

Use this when you want some randomisation but still need to prevent adjacent sprinklers from running back-to-back.

1. Tick Shuffle.
2. Untick Sequence (leave as default).

Valves will be grouped, groups will run in size order (smallest to largest), but the valve order within each group will be randomised on each run.

Run Valves in Group Order Without Randomisation (Default)

This is the default behaviour — no changes needed.

1. Untick Shuffle (leave as default).
2. Untick Sequence (leave as default).

Valves are grouped, the smallest group runs first and the largest last, and within each group valves run in ascending order number.

Note

Most programs set up in 2025 onwards have no groupings configured, so in practice this behaves the same as strict numerical order.
